Why do we refill?

Well, let's be honest... why not?

It's a more ethical, sustainable, and practical choice for all of us. Why throw something away when you can refill it, re-purpose it, or recycle it

The idea of refilling fits perfectly into our ethos of offering value for money for our customers, and works with our sustainability ethic. It benefits you the customer financially as well, so there is incentive all round!

How does refilling work?

Refilling is easy, simply package up your empty jar and send it to us. Once we receive it, we will clean it thoroughly and refill it with your scent at a discounted cost. When it has cured, we will send it back to you at no additional cost. Yes, we will pay the postage!

How much does it cost?

The initial cost of sending your candle jar to us is covered by you.

If you live locally, you can drop it off to us anytime for free, simply get in contact with us to arrange a time.

If you have placed an order for local delivery, we can collect your jar when we drop off your order.

The cost of the clean and refill is £15
